Terms of Service

You may use BuyAPI to research developer tools, compare vendors, save stack context, and connect coding agents to BuyAPI through MCP or API endpoints.

You are responsible for how you use BuyAPI output. Vendor data, prices, limits, recommendations, and comparisons can be incomplete or out of date. Verify important decisions against the vendor's own docs, pricing pages, and contracts.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping API keys, access tokens, and credentials secure. Do not share keys publicly or use another person's account without permission.

We may revoke keys, rate-limit traffic, suspend access, or remove content if needed to protect BuyAPI, other users, or third-party systems.

You keep ownership of stack names, notes, reviews, discussions, imported scan output, and other content you submit. You give Fang Labs LLC permission to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve BuyAPI.

Do not submit secrets, private source code, confidential customer data, or content you do not have the right to use.

Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, attack, or try to bypass limits on BuyAPI. Do not use BuyAPI to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with anyone else's systems.

BuyAPI is not charging users today. We may add paid plans, usage limits, billing, or enterprise features later. If that happens, the pricing and billing terms will be shown before you choose a paid plan.

BuyAPI links to and discusses third-party vendors. We do not control those vendors and are not responsible for their products, pricing, uptime, policies, or content.

BuyAPI, including the website, product design, hosted service, and non-open-source materials, belongs to Fang Labs LLC or its licensors. Open-source parts of BuyAPI are governed by their own licenses.

BuyAPI is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, Fang Labs LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the extent allowed by law, Fang Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, procurement decisions, vendor costs, or business interruption.

We may change BuyAPI or these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make them visible. Continuing to use BuyAPI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
